Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Personnel Specialist to join our HR team.The role is responsible for managing personnel operations, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records while supporting day-to-day HR administrative activities.Job Responsibilities:Prepare, process, and submit social insurance forms, including Form 1 (Enrollment), Form 2 (Amendment), and Form 6 (Termination).Handle employee onboarding and offboarding personnel procedures.Manage work permit applications, medical committee requests, and other governmental procedures.Coordinate with social insurance offices, labor offices, and other governmental authorities regarding personnel-related matters.Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Monitor personnel transactions and ensure all actions are completed within required timelines.Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and other personnel-related documents.Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law requirements, and internal procedures.Support HR operations and collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth personnel processes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Personnel Administration or HR Operations.Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
