Programs & Project Development OfficerAre you passionate about sustainable development and creating meaningful community impact?We are seeking a Programs & Project Development Officer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and reporting of impactful development initiatives across multiple sectors, including health, urban development, education, and social development.Key Responsibilities:✅ Participate in designing and developing project concepts and technical proposals to support fundraising and partnership opportunities.✅ Translate community needs and field assessments into innovative, integrated development programs that deliver sustainable impact.✅ Contribute to preparing project proposals, including objectives, implementation plans, budgets, monitoring mechanisms, and expected outcomes.✅ Support the preparation of impact reports, donor reports, and periodic project updates, highlighting achievements, lessons learned, and implementation challenges.✅ Coordinate with technical and field teams to collect, analyze, and validate quantitative and qualitative data required for project reporting and proposal development.✅ Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather success stories, field evidence, photos, and project documentation.✅ Develop professional reports and presentations for internal management, partners, donors, and external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Development, International Development, Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related field.✔ Previous experience in development projects, NGOs, civil society organizations, or community development initiatives is highly preferred.✔ Strong experience in proposal writing, project development, reporting, and data analysis.✔ Ability to prepare project proposals, including budgets, implementation frameworks, and monitoring plans.✔ Excellent English communication and report-writing skills (written and spoken).✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.✔ Strong analytical, coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.📍 Location: EgyptIf your experience matches the above requirements and you are eager to contribute to impactful development programs, we would love to hear from you.📧 Please send your updated CV and mention "Programs & Project Development Officer" in the subject line.
