Your precision and dedication will ensure that our products are always available, optimally stored, and efficiently dispatched, directly contributing to patient well-being across the region.Responsibilities:Monitor and Optimize Stock Levels: Proactively track and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste for pharmaceutical products.Order Processing & Coordination: Efficiently manage purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.Data Accuracy: Maintain impeccable records of inventory movements, ensuring data integrity within our ERP systems.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inventory audits and implement quality control measures specific to pharmaceutical storage and handling.Reporting & Analysis: Generate inventory reports and contribute to analysis that drives continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.Supplier Relations: Assist in managing relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all purchasing activities.Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of organizational prowess and technical aptitude.
