Team members join a trusted brand that believes in continuous growth and a brighter future for both customers and employees.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for both Pharmacist and Pharmacist Assistant positions. Team members will support daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, assisting with prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include providing accurate medication counseling, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medicines, dosages, and potential interactions. The role also involves inventory control, organizing shelves, checking stock levels and expiry dates, and assisting in receiving and storing pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products. Both Pharmacists and Pharmacist Assistants will collaborate closely to deliver high-quality customer service, handle point-of-sale activities as needed, and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Pharmacy practice and Medicine, with the ability to interpret prescriptions and ensure safe dispensing.Experience working with Pharmacy Technicians or as a pharmacy assistant, including support in daily operations and workflow coordination.Practical skills in Compounding and preparing medications in line with professional standards and safety protocols (for Pharmacist roles).Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a patient, helpful attitude in a retail setting.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and valid professional license for Pharmacist positions; relevant diploma or on-the-job experience for Pharmacist Assistant roles.Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced community pharmacy environment.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, and to participate in ongoing training and development.
