Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy + MBA preferably.3-5 years of experience.Leadership.Decision making.Time management.Problem-Solving.Responsibilities:Monitor pharmaceutical re-ordering levels, prices, and expiry dates of inventory.Monitor and rep of drug consumption.Perform expiry date checks returning near and items to main drug store according to the expired medication supervising.Receiving of Drugs and medical supplies from main drug store.Responsible for the completion of relevant documentation by the end of each workday.Responsible for matching computer balances to on-shelf inventory levels.Responsible for recording any stock movement into the computer system by the end of each workday.Working on resolving issues related to drug dispensing and approvals.Requesting daily shortages and needs of medications and others, and the monthly orders.Establish, maintain, and oversee the highest standard of dispensing possible, which will be carried out by staff in the department.Recruit and select high-caliber staff within the departmental budget and maintain harmonious working relationships.Provide in-service training development and regular assessment of staff.Supervise the work of members of the department to ensure agreed standards are achieved and maintained.Be familiar with Egyptian laws and work Ethics of Egypt.Establish and maintain regular communications with medical staff.Ensure adequate and acceptable staffing cover as and when required by the needs of the pharmacy.Analyze monthly departmental performance reports and take appropriate action on variances.Observe legal requirements about health and safety precautions and procedures.Keep track of all departmental Key performance indicators and activate quality improvement projects.Communicating with different departments of the company.Communicating with Egyptian Drug Authority.
