The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, managing inventory, supervising pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care. Additional responsibilities include processing prescriptions accurately, providing immunization services, and maintaining customer satisfaction by fostering a patient-focused environment. Qualifications Expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and understanding of prescription managementStrong ability to supervise and collaborate with Pharmacy TechniciansExperience with administering Immunizations and promoting preventative careThorough understanding of regulatory compliance, patient safety, and ethical pharmaceutical practiceOutstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesPharmacy degree (Bachelor’s or PharmD) and a valid pharmacist licensePrevious management experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus
