We are looking for a Planning & Coordination Engineer who can take ownership of project planning, coordinate across departments, and ensure that execution aligns with project timelines and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, monitor, and update project plans and schedules.Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, logistics, installation, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project execution.Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved on time.Coordinate site activities and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.Participate in project meetings and provide planning updates and recommendations.Support decision-making by analyzing project status, resources, risks, and priorities.Ensure effective management of project timelines, resources, and logistics requirements.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, project coordination, or project management.Site experience is essential.Strong understanding of project scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.Ability to coordinate between multiple departments and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong negotiation and client communication skills.Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.Ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of planning activities.Highly organized with strong time-management skills.Proficient in project planning and reporting tools.What We ValueAt MEC, we value people who are:Precise in their work.Determined in achieving results.Proactive in solving problems.Accountable for their decisions.Committed to delivering projects successfully and on time.If you thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment and enjoy turning plans into results, we'd like to hear from you.
