We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team. At the Alexandria office. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background with practical experience in either construction site execution or project planning. Important: As our clients are primarily based in the United States, candidates must possess fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) and be able to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations.Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to collect project data and updates.Analyze project performance and prepare recovery plans when necessary.Support project controls activities including resource loading, tracking, and forecasting.Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to support decision-making.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Proven experience in construction projects as a Site Engineer, Planning Engineer, or related role.Strong knowledge of project scheduling and planning methodologies.Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze project data and prepare professional reports.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory, as the role involves communication with US-based clients and project teams.Ability to work according to US business hours when required.
