The company specializes in structural steel fabrication, industrial steel solutions, heavy steel manufacturing, and engineering services for major industrial, infrastructure, energy and construction projects.Planning ManagerThe Planning Manager will lead production planning, capacity planning, and material planning activities to ensure optimum utilization of resources and timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage master production schedules based on customer orders, project timelines, and manufacturing capacity.Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Warehouse departments.Monitor fabrication progress and identify potential bottlenecks.Ensure timely availability of steel plates, sections, pipes, consumables, and fabrication materials.Lead capacity planning and workload balancing across fabrication workshops.Analyze demand forecasts and convert them into actionable production plans.Monitor inventory levels to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Develop planning KPIs including schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.Utilize ERP/MRP systems to support planning and reporting activities.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics management within steel fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of transportation, customs clearance, and freight management.Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
