The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations to support Sesco Steel Fabrication's manufacturing and project execution activities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth objectives.Lead Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.Optimize inventory levels and working capital.Improve supply chain visibility and operational efficiency.Establish KPIs and performance dashboards.Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships.Support ERP and digital transformation initiatives.Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.15+ years of experience in supply chain management within steel fabrication, manufacturing, or engineering industries.Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional supply chain teams.Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM are advantageous.
