The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high operational standards.Key Responsibilities•Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and operational capacity.•Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.•Monitor production schedules and adjust plans according to business needs and priorities.•Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, and inventory levels.•Ensure materials availability to avoid production delays or shortages.•Prepare planning reports, KPIs, and operational analysis for senior management.•Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.•Lead and manage the planning team to achieve operational targets.•Collaborate with different departments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Requirements•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.•Minimum 7–10 years of experience in production planning or operations planning within manufacturing industries.•Previous managerial experience is preferred.•Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.•Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.•Strong leadership and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications•Experience in textile, leather, or industrial manufacturing sectors.•Knowledge of forecasting and demand planning techniques.•Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.What We Offer•Competitive salary package.•Career growth and leadership opportunities.•Professional and dynamic work environment.•Opportunity to join a leading manufacturing group.LocationAlQantara Gharb, IsmailiaTransportaion Availble For Portsaid And Ismailia Residence.
