About the RoleOmar Amer Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager to lead and develop the quality management system across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, improving operational standards, and leading inspection and quality assurance teams to achieve excellence in manufacturing performance.Key Responsibilities•Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).•Establish quality standards and specifications for finished products.•Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.•Lead and manage quality inspection teams across manufacturing operations.•Conduct quality audits and identify improvement opportunities.•Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.•Analyze quality data and prepare performance reports for management.•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.Requirements•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.•Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within textile, leather, or manufacturing industries.•At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.•Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and manufacturing standards.•Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.•Strong communication and reporting skills.Preferred Qualifications•Experience with ISO quality standards and auditing processes.•Background in factory operations and process optimization.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.What We Offer•Competitive salary package.•Professional growth and leadership opportunities.•Dynamic and professional work environment.•Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing group.LocationAlQantara gharb , ismailiaTransportaion availble for ismailia and portsaid residence!
