The Planning Specialist is responsible for developing, updating, and optimizing production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and coordination between departments. This role plays a vital part in maximizing efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining customer satisfaction.<br><br><strong>Measure of Success</strong><br>

Develop, update, and optimize production schedules to ensure smooth workflow.<br>

Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to maintain efficient operations.<br>

Adjust schedules dynamically based on urgent requirements or unexpected delays.<br>

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.<br>
<br>
Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, downtime, and utilization rates.<br>
<br>
Participate in weekly production performance reviews and coordination meetings.<br>
<br>
Plan monthly production schedules for the upcoming month and contribute to annual budget planning cycles.<br>
<br>
Review supplier account statements, update procurement-related records, and generate reports on pricing trends and insights for commercial teams.<br><br><strong>Key Requirements</strong><br><br><strong>Education: A degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.</strong><br>
<br>
Certifications: CPIM, MITx Supply Chain Micro Masters are advantageous.<br>
<br>
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related roles.<br><br>·<br><br><strong>Skills & Knowledge</strong><br>

Strong problem-solving and numerical analysis skills.<br>

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments.<br>
