The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and managing commercial accounts for Giza Seeds & Herbs. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, supporting business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, requiring a new customer and responsible for the achievement of regional sales targets. This position is well suited for an early-career sales professional eager to develop account management skills in the agricultural sector.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the growth management team to collect basic market and customer research to identify sales opportunities and customer needsActively supporting new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-upsAssisting in communicating Giza’s sales value proposition through presentations and customer meetingsParticipating in exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences as requiredManaging day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and distributorsSupporting the execution of sales strategies aligned with regional and company objectivesAssisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the organic segmentSupporting negotiations and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, or objections in coordination with internal teams (quality, logistics, etc.)Responsible negotiate the pricing with the customer for achieving the company target CM related to his region Arrange PSS (Preshipment Sample ) with the planning team to ensure the shipping order on time.Responsible for achieving the actual shipped target for his region Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, customer experience, and sales outcomesGathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal stakeholdersSupporting customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty initiativesEnsuring compliance with company sales policies and proceduresPreparing and providing regular reports on Account activities and sales performanceKey Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role preferably B2B or FMCG Experience or strong interest in food, agriculture, or organic industry is an advantageBasic understanding of sales processes and account management principlesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsWillingness to learn negotiation and commercial skillsFluent in English (spoken and written)Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Measure of Success:Supporting the achievement of sales targets for assigned accountsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customers and distributorsidentifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective accountsEnsuring high levels of customer service and responsivenessEffectively supporting commercial processes (quotations, order follow-up, deal closure, and timely cash collection)Collaborating effectively with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, and QualityKey Challenges:Supporting growth objectives in a competitive organic marketBuilding strong customer relationships across different geographiesManaging multiple accounts and priorities with limited experienceNavigating sales activities influenced by external factors (crop availability, compliant organic supply, logistics)Learning and executing effective account plans that create value for both Giza Seeds & Herbs and customers
