The organization is committed to continuous improvement, quality, and innovation to maintain its leadership in the home appliance market for years to come.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Plant Manager oversees daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are consistently met. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, optimizing resource utilization, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. The role involves leading and coaching cross-functional teams, coordinating with maintenance, quality, supply chain, and logistics to minimize downtime and ensure on-time delivery. The Plant Manager also monitors key performance indicators, implements corrective actions, supports compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, and collaborates with senior management on strategic initiatives and capacity planning.Qualifications Strong expertise in plant leadership, including Plant Management and Plant Operations, with a track record of managing large-scale manufacturing facilities.Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations, with the ability to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Hands-on experience in Production Planning, including capacity planning, scheduling, and coordination with supply chain and procurement teams.Proven ability to implement and sustain operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) and continuous improvement initiatives.Solid understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems within a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, team development, and people management skills, with the ability to build an inclusive, high-performance culture.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with competency in using data and KPIs to drive performance.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in home appliances or similar discrete manufacturing industries is preferred.
