Plant Operations Manager in Manufacturing industry from 10 to 11 YearsExperience in operations, factories, housekeeping, large restaurants, warehouses, logistics, or service operations. Carpet cleaning experience is not required.Job Responsibilities:• Lead daily plant operations and ensure smooth workflow across all operating stages.• Manage and follow up supervisors responsible for workers and daily execution.• Ensure compliance with RugMorph procedures, quality standards, safety rules, and operating guidelines.• Monitor production, quality, and compliance KPIs through dashboards and reports.• Identify root causes of low performance or repeated errors, follow corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.• Ensure proper use of internal systems and applications across the plant.• Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and discipline inside the plant.• Train, guide, schedule, counsel, and evaluate supervisors and team members.• Coordinate equipment, facility, maintenance, and operating-resource needs.• Report progress, issues, risks, and improvement recommendations clearly to management.• Support operational improvements, seasonal workload planning, and future expansion requirements.Job Qualifications:• Previous experience managing a large operations team or plant/service operation.• Experience managing supervisors, team leaders, or shift leaders.• Strong ability to manage people through systems, follow-up, accountability, and performance indicators.• Experience applying SOPs, quality standards, compliance rules, and corrective actions.• Ability to read reports, analyze KPIs, and convert data into practical actions.• Preferred backgrounds: hotels, housekeeping, large restaurants, warehouses, factories, logistics, or operational service environments.• Carpet cleaning experience is not required.Competencies Required:• Strong leadership, firmness, discipline, and ownership.• Persistent in achieving accurate results according to standards.• Detail-oriented and able to follow up closely on the plant floor.• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving mindset.• Clear in instructions, fair in accountability, and able to enforce compliance without chaos or aggression.• Able to build a disciplined, responsible, and results-driven team.
