PMO – Assistant Manager

Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving execution, and ensuring successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and deliver technology projects (software development, system implementation, digital transformation).Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.Lead cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA, and vendors.Track progress, monitor KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and steering committees.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.5 - 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on technology/IT projects.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of SDLC and project delivery frameworks.Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.PreferredPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (Scrum Master/PMI-ACP).Experience in digital transformation or large-scale system implementations.Exposure to cloud technologies or system integrations.
