Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Technology & Digital Transformation Director to lead and expand our Digital Strategy & Transformation Practice. This role combines strategic leadership, client advisory, business development, and delivery governance, with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships and driving large-scale transformation outcomes.The successful candidate will play a critical role in positioning the firm as a market leader in digital transformation in Egypt, while building a scalable, high-impact consulting capability.Key Responsibilities1. Technology & Digital Transformation LeadershipProvide executive-level leadership and oversight for large, complex, multi-disciplinary technology and digital transformation programsLead engagements spanning:Enterprise-wide digital and technology transformation initiativesEnterprise PMO and transformation office setup, governance, and optimizationAgile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) implementationLarge-scale public sector transformation programsAdvise senior stakeholders on:Target Operating Models (TOM)Technology roadmaps and investment strategiesEnterprise architecture directionTransformation governance frameworksEnsure delivery excellence, measurable value realization, and proactive risk management across all engagements2.
