Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose electronic and automation-related faults using advanced testing and measuring instruments.Perform component-level repair of electronic cards, including ICs, transistors, capacitors, and related components.Repair and maintain power supply circuits (SMPS and linear power supplies) for industrial and commercial equipment.Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electronic boards such as inverters, drives (VFDs), machine control cards, and HMIs.Perform PLC automation maintenance, including basic programming, fault diagnosis, and I/O troubleshooting.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operator panels (HMI / OP screens).Work with SCADA systems for monitoring, diagnostics, alarms, and system troubleshooting.Carry out precise SMD/SMT soldering and electronic rework using hot air stations and professional tools.Provide alternative technical solutions for obsolete or hard-to-find electronic cards and spare parts.Conduct functional testing and commissioning to ensure system reliability after maintenance.Maintain proper technical documentation and adhere to electrical and industrial safety standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in power electronics, electronic cards maintenance, and industrial automation.Hands-on experience with PLC systems, operator panels (HMI), and SCADA platforms.Component-level electronic troubleshootingPower electronics (SMPS, inverters, drives, rectifiers)PLC automation and industrial control systemsHMI (OP screen) configuration and troubleshootingSCADA system operation and fault diagnosticsUse of electrical and electronic measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer)Precision soldering and rework (SMD/SMT)
