‘’Join Our GFF Team ‘’ We are looking for Rockstar, Spirited, Outgoing and energetic ‘’PR & Communications Director ‘’What We’re Looking ForA Director of Communications & PR is responsible for developing effective messaging and communication strategies. Must create or oversee the creation of promotional and informative materials the festival will send to the public. and might also be involved with internal GFF communications The PR may be responsible for identifying and engaging with influencers, journalists, and other media outlets on social media to generate buzz and coverage for the festival. Will work with all forms of media, including Broadcast media relation production and other job duties include:Responding to crises or challenging situations quickly and professionallyAttending speaking engagements and hosting special eventsMaking sure all festival materials have consistent and positive messaging and brandingConducting quality control on all communications. (Mc Opening & closing Ceremony)Developing relationships and working with media outlets and other companies.A Director of Communication adapts easily to new situations, people, culture, and technology by choosing the right skill set at the right moment and place. Can appropriately challenge the status quo; never satisfied and always looking to improve Incorporate and execute multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and infographics. Design and develop standards for communications success Develop and monitor metrics to measure the reach and impact of communications and to identify areas of success and opportunity. Lead PR production and distribution (to include the drafting of press releases and communications with local, regional and national media outlets.Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of all communication platforms and report on results and their contribution to the overall GFF marketing/communications efforts. Demonstrated ability to manage opportunities versus budgets, exercising influence and guidance onpreparing budgets based on plans, ROI forecasts, and alignment GFF behind strategic,Qualifications & Requirements Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field.Past experience supervising and managing a Communications & public relations team.Portfolio of successful campaigns you have overseen.Expert knowledge of social media, online marketing, and internet culture.Strong leadership and team management skills.Creative thinking with an affinity for innovation and problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Established connections with media outlets and influential accounts.In-depth understanding of web and marketing analytics.Ability to conduct market research and present reports.About The CompanyEl Gouna Film Festival, founded in 2017, is one of the leading festivals in the MENA region.
