Pinerium is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and communication-focused PR & Partnership Specialist to manage public relations activities, develop strategic partnerships, strengthen brand visibility, and expand the company's business ecosystem.This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, technology vendors, educational institutions, industry associations, business communities, and strategic partners. The role also supports corporate communications, partnership initiatives, brand awareness activities, and collaborative business opportunities that contribute to company growth and market positioning.The ideal candidate combines excellent communication and networking skills with strong relationship management abilities, business awareness, and a passion for building meaningful partnerships and enhancing corporate reputation.The PR & Partnership Specialist works closely with Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Leadership, and Business Units to strengthen Pinerium's brand presence and partnership ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Public Relations & Corporate Communications Develop and execute public relations strategies aligned with company objectives. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Prepare press releases, announcements, corporate statements, and communication materials. Support corporate branding, employer branding, and reputation management initiatives. Monitor media coverage and public perception of the company. Assist in managing public communications and corporate messaging. Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Management Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities. Build relationships with technology vendors, training providers, business partners, and industry organizations. Support partnership onboarding, engagement, and collaboration activities. Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders. Assist in developing joint initiatives, co-marketing activities, and business opportunities. Community Engagement & Ecosystem Development Build relationships with universities, student organizations, professional communities, and industry associations. Support community engagement, networking, and outreach initiatives. Identify opportunities to expand Pinerium's business ecosystem and strategic network. Coordinate participation in community programs and partnership initiatives. Promote collaboration opportunities that align with company objectives. Events, Sponsorships & Brand Representation Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events. Support sponsorship opportunities and partnership events. Assist in organizing corporate events, product launches, and business gatherings. Represent the company professionally during public-facing activities. Strengthen brand visibility through strategic relationship-building efforts. Partnership Performance & Continuous Improvement Maintain partnership records, communication logs, and collaboration documentation. Track partnership activities and engagement outcomes. Monitor industry trends, market opportunities, and ecosystem developments. Prepare reports on partnership initiatives, public relations activities, and business impact. Recommend improvements to partnership strategies, communication initiatives, and stakeholder engagement programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in public relations, partnership management, business development, corporate communications, account management, or related roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong networking, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience preparing communication materials, presentations, and business correspondence. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple relationships, initiatives, and priorities simultaneously. Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of branding, communications, partnerships, and business ecosystems. Familiarity with SaaS, technology companies, educational partnerships, or B2B environments is preferred. Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, or community engagement activities is a plus. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
