Pinerium is seeking a motivated, analytical, and customer-focused Zoho Presales Consultant Intern to support solution discovery, business analysis, solution design, and presales activities across the Zoho ecosystem.This internship is designed for candidates interested in SaaS solutions, CRM systems, business process automation, solution consulting, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Presales Consultants, Sales Account Managers, Product Owners, and Implementation Teams to gain hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution positioning, client discovery, demonstrations, and business solution design.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication and analytical skills, and is passionate about helping organizations solve business challenges through innovative technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Discovery & Requirements Gathering Assist in conducting discovery sessions with prospective clients. Support gathering and documenting business requirements. Help analyze customer processes, challenges, and operational needs. Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. Support the preparation of requirement documentation and solution notes. Zoho Solution Design & Presales Support Assist in designing Zoho-based solutions aligned with client requirements. Support solution mapping and business workflow design activities. Learn how Zoho applications address operational and business challenges. Assist in evaluating standard features versus customization requirements. Support solution validation and recommendation activities. Demonstration & Proposal Support Assist in preparing product demonstrations and presentation materials. Support the development of solution proposals and business presentations. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presales discussions. Help document meeting outcomes, action items, and client feedback. Assist in Proof-of-Concept (POC) preparation and coordination activities. Documentation & Research Assist in preparing process maps, solution documentation, and requirement records. Conduct research on Zoho products, industry trends, and business solutions. Support maintaining organized presales and opportunity documentation. Help prepare case studies, solution templates, and knowledge assets. Ensure documentation accuracy and professionalism. Learning & Professional Development Participate in Zoho product training and presales enablement sessions. Learn business analysis, solution consulting, and SaaS sales methodologies. Stay updated with Zoho products, business applications, and digital transformation trends. Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs. Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in SaaS solutions, CRM systems, business analysis, and technology consulting. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to understand business processes and operational challenges. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or business software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
