Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, structural, and instrumentation equipment, ensuring work is scheduled and executed in line with sound asset management principles.Coordinate maintenance activities with supervisors and relevant departments to ensure effective planning, execution, and minimal operational disruption, while recommending improvements to maintenance programs with consideration of financial impact.Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans and schedules for collection system components, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and structural equipment.Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and project planning software to develop job plans, procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules.Support departmental budgeting activities, including maintenance budgets and capital projects.Organize and allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to achieve maintenance objectives efficiently.Assist in coordinating contracted maintenance, repair, and capital works, ensuring availability of required equipment, materials, and supplies.Initiate requisitions for equipment, materials, rental equipment, and contracted services, and follow up on maintenance work and projects to ensure timely completion.Analyze equipment issues and develop effective technical solutions, providing technical support and guidance to managers, supervisors, and tradespersons.Recommend appropriate repair or replacement actions based on equipment condition and performance.Estimate time and material costs for equipment repairs and support decision-making regarding maintenance actions.Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, including work orders, project files, schedules, progress charts, and timecards, and establish a historical maintenance database.Generate maintenance reports using various systems and software related to asset performance, maintenance history, and replacement planning.Review and evaluate maintenance and historical data to assess equipment performance, maintenance effectiveness, and process efficiency.Participate in cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and enhance maintenance practices.Review logs and operating data to identify faulty equipment and inspect machinery to determine required repairs.Direct maintenance personnel, provide on-the-job coaching, assist in performance evaluation, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Ability to work on-site in Al-Minya plant preferred to be from Al-MinyaBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance management within industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems.Hands-on experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.Solid understanding of asset management principles and maintenance best practices.Ability to analyze maintenance data and develop improvement actions.Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple maintenance activities effectively.
