• Follow up the periodic maintenance schedule for the fleet and supervise the implementation of the maintenance plan ..• Supervising maintenance in service centers on a daily basis and ensuring the implementation of the maintenance plan.• work planning and task distribution amon technicions, managing and following up on work orders .• Monitoring and controlling the maintenance budget .• Technical supervision of the purchase of spare parts to reach the highest quality and lowest cost . • Analyzing the repair expenses of trucks and finding the necessary solutions to reduce costs .• Follow up on price offers in service centers for trucks, trailers and refrigeration units .• Participate in the annual technical evaluation of drivers and technicians .• Follow-up insurance procedures in case of accidents, follow-up repairs, and ensure the technical condition .• Submitting technical reports to the maintenance manager on a regular basis. EducationBachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical - Electrical)Skills• strong leadership, communication, and problem - solving skills with the ability work under pressure, mange time effectively, and lead a team toward achieving maintenance goalsPrevious experience3-5 years in maintenance of heavy trucks (Marcedes - MAN)
