Process Design & Optimization:Lead the design and re-engineering of end-to-end business processes across core functions.Analyze current (“As-Is”) processes and design optimized (“To-Be”) process models.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities.Ensure processes are scalable, standardized, and aligned with business strategy. Fintech & Digital Enablement:Design processes aligned with Fintech regulatory, operational, and technology requirements.Work closely with Product, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams.Ensure process designs support digital platforms, system integrations, and automation tools.Documentation & Standards:Develop and maintain:Process maps (BPMN)SOPsRACI matricesProcess controls & KPIsEnsure proper governance and version control for all process documentation.Stakeholder Management:Facilitate process design workshops with business stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor for process improvement initiatives.Align multiple stakeholders on process ownership and accountability.Continuous ImprovementMonitor process performance using KPIs.Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma concepts preferred).Support change management during process rollouts. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.4–5 years of experience in process design / process improvementFinancial services background is a mustProven experience in:End-to-end process mappingDigital process designCross-functional process initiatives Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of BPMN and process modeling toolsExperience with process automation conceptsData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsFamiliarity with fintech operations, workflows, and compliance requirements
