The responsibility is to complete the onboarding process within six months and demonstrate learning progress through one Loss Elimination project via UPS.The Process Engineer will be part of the line triad and support the continuous improvement cycle for the line, including owning one RTT DMS as part of the execution.The Process Engineer will report to the department ODM.ResponsibilitiesDrive Operational Excellence: Understand and drive the proper execution of the HS&E and Quality foundations.Own and manage a DMS for the Line.Act as a coach for the EO to drive IWS progress, perfect execution of the SWP and improvement of the standards.Eliminate Losses Via Continuous Improvement CycleConduct thorough assessments via RE analysis, touch mapping and weekly Hoshin.Propose and implement solutions that streamline processes, eliminate failures, and reduce manual intervention.Data management and visualization skills/tools in one or more of the following: Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS or similar).Support And Lead Digital Solutions AdoptionFacilitate the integration of new digital tools and technologies within the organization.Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of digital solutions to ensure widespread adoption.Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of digital systems and processes.Drive Value CreationParticipate in the yearly loss analysis process, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive Net Sales (NS) and enhance overall operational performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in operations.Participate in a site Pillar network.Success Criteria Onboarding training completed within 6 months.Qualified in Loss Elimination tool – UPS (WPI)Delivery of Analyses and Models transforming business outcomes with penetrating insights.Business decision impact – driving new insights, resource/time/cost optimization, etc.No impact on Safety and QualityJob QualificationsRecent Graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics or any relevant engineering degree with 0 – 5 years of relevant experience (preferred)We are also considering the following majors: Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics (Statistics & Data Analysis)In addition to good knowledge of English, we also look for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.Just So You KnowYou will get a competitive compensation package, in line with your qualifications and experience.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
