Process Improvement Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process documentation.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process improvement software tools.Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.Willingness to work onsite and engage directly with operational teams.AI background
