Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for direct raw materials to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliable supply.Lead RFQ/RFP processes, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.Collaborate with Production, Operations, Planning, Finance, and Logistics to align procurement activities with business requirements.Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and support supplier qualification and compliance processes.Drive cost optimization initiatives through market analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering opportunities.Manage purchase orders and procurement transactions through ERP systems while ensuring timely deliveries and documentation accuracy.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in direct materials procurement, preferably within manufacturing, glass, or chemical industries.Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.Good understanding of Incoterms, international logistics, and supply chain processes.
