Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in the Real Estate and Construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement activities, supplier relationships, cost optimization, tendering processes, and purchasing operations to ensure timely delivery and quality standards across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, tenders, negotiations, and purchase orders.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations departments.Monitor procurement budgets and achieve cost-saving targets.Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for projects.Review and negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with vendors.Maintain approved vendor lists and supplier performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.Prepare procurement reports, analysis, and forecasts for management.Handle procurement risks and resolve supply chain issues proactively. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Procurement within Real Estate or Construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and procurement processes.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Experience in tendering, contracts, and supplier management.Strong analytical and cost control skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in Real Estate Developers or Construction Companies.Knowledge of local market suppliers and subcontractors.
