Project & Program ManagementTemporaryJob DescriptionYour RoleCreate and drive projects & design concepts and secure specification implementation, align with design guideline and MAL, DOM and related platform engineers, supporting implementation of our strategies in terms of Cost & Quality Excellence and sustainability.A Typical DayCost ReductionInvestigate and implement projects to reduce DM (Direct Material), DL (Direct Labor) costs and sustainability.Quality ImprovementInvestigate and implement projects to improve the quality of the manufactured products to reduce the warranty SCR (Service Call Rate).Factory SupportProvide technical support to the factory to assist in the reduction of rework, to improve productivity, and to process requests for design changes from the ECR (Engineering Change Request) system.Design, develop and modify components and finished assembliesCoordinate the prototyping, performance and quality verification, tooling quotation, part cost quotation, sourcing, production trials and approval of components and finished assembliesLiaise with appropriate departments including Quality, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering and Tooling EngineeringCoordinate and assist in the introduction of components and assemblies into productionFollow up and rectify problems found with components and assembliesParticipate in Project TeamsParticipate in FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)Prepare timing plans and risk assessmentsPrepare & manage project management, progress tracking, timing plans, risk assessments and the reporting of project statusWhen necessary, support the introduction and ramp-up of new models designed by the R&D Department into production (whether directly or indirectly involved)Who You AreBachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)5-7 years of ExperienceKnowledge about Quality tools (FMEA, PSRA, …)Mechanical component development, system development and designStructured engineering approachCAE-knowledgeCAD-knowledge (Catia)PLM-knowledge (Teamcenter)Basic knowledge of electric and gas safetyKnowledge of manufacturing knowledgeKnowledge of approval and environmental rules in different countriesKnowledge of cross-location platform impacts on his work and secure information flow between locationKnowledge about Electrolux processes (EPM, IQ&EMS)ISO 9001 (Quality Management)ISO 14001 (Environmental Standards)Core CompetenciesTeam Working CapabilitiesFluent English languageStrong self-motivation to learn and improveWilling to work in a cooperate approach and matrix organizationWorking in an international environmentProactiveness & Open mindedAttitude for continuous improvementWilling to Travel if necessaryRespect of culture diversities
