We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong Figma skills, good UX thinking, and the ability to design clean, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for a trading and investing platform. The role will focus on creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, design system components, research-backed design improvements, and final Figma UI screens for both web trader and mobile app experiences. The designer will work under the guidance of the Product Design Manager, but should be able to think critically, suggest improvements, challenge unclear UX decisions, and turn complex product requirements into simple, polished, and usable design solutions. The ideal candidate should also be AI-savvy and comfortable using modern AI tools to support UX research, competitor analysis, wireframe exploration, microcopy, documentation, Figma workflows, user-flow exploration, and repetitive design tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality, pixel-perfect UI screens for web and mobile trading products.Translate product requirements, rough ideas, and design direction into polished Figma designs.Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces with strong attention to detail.Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and interaction flows.Simplify complex trading and investing journeys so users can understand actions clearly.Think through edge cases, empty states, loading states, error states, and user decision points.Identify UX friction points and suggest better design alternatives.Work on product areas such as dashboards, market data, charts, watchlists, asset detail pages, order flows, portfolio screens, funding, onboarding, alerts, and account management.Use and contribute to the existing design system in Figma.Create and maintain reusable components, variants, auto-layout structures, styles, and responsive patterns.Keep Figma files clean, organized, and easy to understand.Support competitor analysis, UX benchmarking, and product research.Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, documentation, microcopy, Figma workflows, and repetitive design tasks.Prepare clear design notes, screen explanations, interaction details, and UX logic when required. Requirements3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital product design.Strong practical experience with Figma.Ability to create polished UI screens for web and mobile products.Good understanding of UX flows, wireframes, user journeys, usability, and interaction design.Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, layout, color, hierarchy, and consistency.Experience with design systems, components, variants, auto-layout, and reusable patterns is highly preferred.Basic understanding of responsive and adaptive design.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.Ability to understand product requirements and convert them into clear design solutions.Ability to think critically, receive feedback, iterate quickly, and suggest UX improvements where needed.Good communication skills and willingness to work under design direction.Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools to improve research, ideation, documentation, and design speed. Preferred QualificationsExperience in fintech, trading, investing, brokerage, crypto, forex, stocks, or financial products.Experience designing dashboards, charts, portfolio screens, market data screens, order flows, onboarding, funding, or account-related flows.Familiarity with trading platforms, watchlists, portfolio tracking, and trading journeys.Experience designing for both mobile apps and web platforms.Knowledge of accessibility basics and usability best practices.Experience using tools such as FigJam, Miro, Maze, Amplitude, LogRocket, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI design tools, or similar tools.Basic understanding of motion design, micro-interactions, and interactive prototyping.
