Job PurposeThe Automotive Product Expert is responsible for delivering in-depth knowledge about vehicles to customers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and guiding customers throughout their purchase journey.Responsibilities:Provide detailed and accurate information about vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricingAssist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their needs and preferencesConduct professional product presentations and test drivesSupport the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical and product-related inquiriesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, competitors, and market trendsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationshipsAccurately update customer information, interactions, and sales progress in the CRM systemEnsure all leads are properly managed, documented, and followed up in a timely mannerCoordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, aftersales) to ensure a smooth customer journeyParticipate in product training sessions and continuously improve product knowledgeRequirementsBachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred)Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantageStrong knowledge or passion for automotive productsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutionsProduct knowledge and technical understanding
