About the Role:As the Product Investigations & Vehicle Validation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring product safety, compliance, and performance for vehicles in the Egyptian market. You will lead safety field investigations, manage product liability claims, oversee field actions, and conduct vehicle-level validation to ensure alignment with Egypt’s environmental, road conditions, and driving behaviors. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and brand integrity.Key Responsibilities:Product Safety Investigations:Lead product investigations related to part/product liability claims and safety concerns.Manage field action recommendations, execution, and internal/external communication for MMM’s CKD products.Serve as the primary investigator for MMM’s CKD products, ensuring compliance with MMM’s product investigations & field action review processesConduct root cause analysis, problem definition, and risk evaluation using internal and external resources.Develop containment and corrective action plans in collaboration with Engineering and other stakeholders.Lead Accident Engineering Analysis, Product Investigations Review, and Field Action Implementation Review meetings.Approve and communicate field action launches, including population, Impacted VINs, cost, corrective action and completion rate updates.Liaise with key stakeholders (Internal Aftersales, Marketing teams & OEMs) to ensure accurate and timely technical communication.Support Public Policy/Aftersales teams in handling Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) complaints.Vehicle Validation:Develop and execute robust Vehicle Validation Plans in collaboration with OEMs, Test labs & SuppliersConduct vehicle-level validation to confirm product performance under Egypt’s environmental and road conditions.Support Product Localization team to conduct vehicle-level validation for local parts according to the ADVPPresent validation status and readiness reviews to stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Automotive).Familiarity with vehicle sub-systems and components.3–6 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on customer care, product safety, or validation.Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel essential).Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Analytical and detail oriented.Proactive and results driven.High resilience and perseverance.Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.Creative and innovative approach to challenges.Professional and presentable demeanor.
