Product Manager

Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and initiatives to deliver on key objectives and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations. Own the product backlog and work with scrum teams to guide and prioritize development efforts. Contribute to go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches. Analyze product use and performance to continually refine the product offering. Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality for future deliveries. Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements to develop and deliver high-quality products. Assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage. Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems to ensure product performance Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation to ensure that comprehensive and accurate documentation is created for future reference Requirements 1-3 years of product management experience or relevant. Bachelor’s degree of computer science or business preferred. product management certification is a plus. Hands on experience in Fin-tech is a plus. Fluency in English language.
