Your remit includes driving in-person payment acceptance products through card-scheme certifications, third-party integrations and strategic partnerships, and ensuring excellent merchant experience across all touch points.Key responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product lifecycle for card-present acquiring and POS (hardware & soft-POS) across SME and enterprise merchants.Drive in-person payment acceptance through card-scheme certifications, third-party integrations and strategic partnerships (acquirers, processors, device vendors, ISVs).Define and priorities the product roadmap, success metrics and P&L outcomes for acquiring.Lead discovery and requirements capture with merchants and channel partners for attended and unattended card-present payment experiences.Specify integrations (ECRs, POS firmware/APIs, payment orchestration, partners) and own technical handoffs to engineering and partners.Actively support pre-sales, marketing and operations — produce GTM packs, sales enablement materials and operational runbooks to ensure best customer experience at every touch point.Work with risk, compliance and legal to meet local regulatory and legal requirements for all products/features.Monitor authorization rates, declines, onboarding times and merchant NPS — drive continuous improvements.Enable channel partners and ISVs with clear integration guides, certification assistance and partner programmes.Must-have experience3–6+ years in product management within EMV payments, merchant acquiring, or POS ecosystems — direct card-present acquiring experience required.Technical knowledge on EMV data , card payments, reconciliation, and settlement cycles.Worked before in similar role for managing terminals software, Terminal management systems.Experience delivering omni-channel solutions for SME and enterprise merchants (in-store POS, soft-POS/SDKs, mobile, web).Practical experience managing card-scheme certification processes and third-party integrations.Strong stakeholder management across commercial, engineering, operations, risk and partner teams.Our values guide how we think and act - They describe what we care about the mostC ustomer first - It’s embedded in our design thinking and customer service approachO pen - Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolveR eal - No jargon and no excuses!B old - Constantly challenging ourselves and our way of thinkingR esilient – If we fail, we bounce back stronger than beforeC ollaborative - We know that we can achieve a lot more as a teamWe are changing lives by constantly striving for a better solutionClick apply below and become part of the Geidea story
