About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and product-oriented Product Manager to join a growing Recruitment Technology startup building solutions focused on modern hiring, recruiter workflows, candidate management, and AI-driven recruitment operations. This role requires someone who understands the operational side of recruitment and has previous exposure to recruitment agencies, ATS platforms, job boards, HRTech products, recruitment CRMs, or hiring marketplaces.The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with practical understanding of recruiter behavior, hiring workflows, sourcing processes, pipeline management, and recruitment operational challenges. The role will work closely with Engineering, Leadership, Operations, and Commercial teams to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable product capabilities across web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product roadmap across recruitment workflows, recruiter tools, candidate experience, and operational platform enhancements.Work closely with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and development priorities.Analyze recruiter workflows, operational bottlenecks, user behavior, and platform adoption challenges to improve product usability and efficiency.Define and prioritize features related to ATS workflows, candidate pipelines, sourcing tools, automation, recruiter productivity, CRM functionality, and hiring lifecycle management.Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Recruitment, Sales, Leadership, and Engineering to align product direction with business objectives.Lead product discovery activities including user research, workflow analysis, feature validation, and feedback gathering from recruiters and operational users.Drive implementation of AI-enabled features, workflow automation, matching capabilities, and intelligent recruitment functionality across the platform.Monitor product performance, user engagement, feature adoption, and operational KPIs to support data-driven product decisions.Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Agile product delivery processes.Define detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and platform enhancements for development teams.Work closely with UI/UX teams to improve recruiter usability, candidate journeys, operational efficiency, and overall platform experience.Evaluate market trends, competitor products, ATS platforms, job board functionality, and emerging HRTech technologies to identify improvement opportunities.Participate in testing, feature validation, product rollout planning, and post-launch optimization activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven Product Management experience within RecruitmentTech, HRTech, ATS platforms, job boards, recruitment agencies, hiring marketplaces, or recruitment CRM environments.Strong understanding of recruitment operations, recruiter workflows, candidate pipelines, sourcing methodologies, and hiring lifecycle management.Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile development environments.Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, web applications, mobile applications, and platform-based products.Experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, workflows, feature requirements, and backlog prioritization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate operational pain points into scalable product solutions.Exposure to AI-enabled products, workflow automation, intelligent matching systems, or recruitment automation tools is highly advantageous.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Startup or fast-paced product environment experience is highly preferred.Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with leadership, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and delivery focus.
