As a Product Manager, you define the vision and strategy, develop the offering and market positioning, and collaborate with Product Owner teams.About You MBA, Engineering with 3-5+ years of product management Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and managing products Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams by influence. Deep understanding of agile Lean Startup methodology including lean canvas and product market fit. High level of motivation and team player, setting objectives, and leading with a product management mindset. Business experience with a proven ability to drive revenue and profit growth through effective product market positioning strategy. Strong focus on Customer Experience to ensure smooth customer journey, product usability and customer satisfaction. Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex market data and trends with awareness in Gen AI technologies for predictive analytics and product personalization You bring passion, energy, taste for exploration and adaptability.
