Product Owner

Location: Dual site (Zahraa El Maadi and Ain Sokhna)Number of Positions: 2 Role Purpose:The Product Owner will partner with Product Management to define and drive the product roadmap for our DevSecOps platforms. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical scrum teams, ensuring that deliverables meet both business objectives and customer needs while maintaining platform health and scalability. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate and negotiate with value stream leaders and business groups to define requirements. Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm and prioritize new features. Develop long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for DevSecOps products and frameworks. Manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across multiple technical teams. Operational ExecutionAccountable for scrum team deliverables, KPIs, and sprint velocity. Monitor metrics to measure product value and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with operations and technical teams to resolve production issues and clarify business ambiguities. Lead the migration of products and tools to cloud infrastructure (GCP/Azure/AWS). Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience10+ years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in Product Development or Systems Engineering. 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory). Proven track record in Product, Program, or Change Management, specifically within cloud-based infrastructure. Deep expertise in Agile practices and proficiency with JIRA. Technical Knowledge:Strong infrastructure/systems engineering background with DevSecOps tools (GitLab, Blackduck, Checkmarx, etc.). Working knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and REST APIs to effectively communicate with dev teams. Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud migration (GCP/Azure/AWS). Competencies:Critical thinking skills to analyse the pros and cons of technical solutions. High attention to detail and accuracy in analytical tasks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications:Professional certifications in GCP or Azure. Experience building reusable frameworks for API consumption and provision.
