You will be responsible for defining business needs, prioritizing features, managing product backlogs, and following up on Jira tickets. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills to ensure our product meets user needs while aligning with business objectives.Role Description:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and product specifications.Conduct research to gather market and customer insights to inform product development.Ensure product solutions align with business goals and deliver value.Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on business value, user feedback, and market trends.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure the development team understands the requirements.Work closely with the development team to provide clarifications and ensure timely completion of sprints.Create, assign, and track Jira tickets related to product features, bugs, and tasks.Ensure that all work items in Jira are properly organized and prioritized.Monitor progress and regularly report on the status of open tickets to stakeholders.Identify bottlenecks and work with the team to address them efficiently.Facilitate regular communication with business stakeholders, ensuring they are kept up-to-date on product development progress.Run sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.Provide regular updates and reports on product performance and roadmap.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile environments.Proven experience in managing Jira for project tracking and management.Strong knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories.Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project and task management.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders, developers, and other teams.High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Competencies & Skills:Technical Skills:Product ownership & agile deliveryBusiness analysis ExperienceJira / Confluence & execution trackingAnalytical & data-informed product thinkingCross-functional collaboration with engineeringTechnical fluencySprint Execution SupportOperational coordinationSoft Skills:Communication & stakeholder managementOwnership & accountabilityCollaboration & facilitationAnalytical thinking & attention to detailAdaptability & resilienceCustomer/value orientationWorking Environment:Fully remote work modelHubstaff remote time tracker Why Join Daftra?Career growthFriendly environment MBA discount Gym membership
