This role is focused on translating requirements into clear ticket stories, supporting engineers during development, and leading the team's Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery.You will work closely with Product Managers, engineering, and QA to make sure every sprint is well-structured, requirements are clear, and features are shipped with high qualityKey ResponsibilitiesStory Writing & RequirementsTranslate product requirements and flows into clear, detailed ticket storiesWrite acceptance criteria, edge cases, and expected behaviorsEnsure stories are complete and ready before grooming sessions Document technical flows and expected API behavior in coordination with engineersScrum & Delivery Support Lead core Agile ceremonies: grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrosCoordinate with engineering to clarify requirements and unblock developers quicklySupport QA by providing clear scenarios and reviewing test casesValidate completed tasks against acceptance criteria before calling them "done."Execution & CoordinationEnsure each sprint is structured, stories are understood, and tasks are delivered on timeKeep Jira up to date with story status and documentationFlag risks, delays, or unclear requirements early to the Product ManagerMaintain clear communication between engineering, QA, and productProduct Support WorkAssist Product Managers with documentation, research, and flow writing when neededRecord and update user flows, feature behavior, and release documentationHelp ensure consistency across squads in how stories and requirements are writtenRequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environmentStrong understanding of product management and agile methodologiesProven track record of managing product backlogs and delivering successful productsExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise mannerStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExperience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketingKnowledge of the travel industry and customer behavior is a plus
