Execute operational and sales plans in line with company vision, sales targets, and call rate/frequency objectives.Develop and track annual, monthly, and weekly achievement plans based on territory segmentation.Manage product sales across public and private sector customers, anticipating market opportunities and risks.Maintain regular customer communication to monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and stock availability.Present clinical data and product updates to healthcare professionals through effective presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and administrative staff.Conduct planned and unplanned customer visits, setting clear objectives and handling objections professionally.Collect and report customer and physician feedback to support product development and improvement.Develop, classify, and update customer lists based on ROI and company strategic priorities.Perform cost–benefit analysis to support customer targeting and event participation.Submit daily sales reports covering call activity, customer feedback, and territory performance.Participate in medical events and organize group meetings to enhance product awareness and trust.Coordinate with the finance department to submit orders, cash, and receipts accurately.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in line with company standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science (preferred)Must be a resident of the specified area.
