Commercial Excellence ExecutiveInfinity Clinic Pharma is a well-established cosmeceutical company in the Egyptian Market, Seeking a highly qualified Medical representative or Senior medical representative or acting as supervisor to our vacancy as Commercial Excellence Executive for Delta East&Canal region Job responsibilities:**Audit the performance of Medical Reps in terms of:Performing Double Visits to audit visit’s qualityMeasuring the Accuracy of the route and listed customersPerforming single visits a day after the rep’s visit to ensure the quality of the previous day’s visitsAuditing the compliance of deals with doctors and assuring its application**Audit the performance of Sales Reps in terms of:Performing Double Visits to audit visit’s qualityPerforming single visits a day after the rep’s visit to ensure the quality of the previous day’s visitsMeasuring the availability of our products in listed customersMeasuring the Accuracy of the route and listed customersAcquiring feedback from customersAssuring the compliance of Contract terms (Visibility, See-throughs, Special displays like stands or gondolas.. etc.)Submitting Periodic reports that assist the top management in reading the market and helping them in the decision-making process:Reading our stocks Vs. Competition (Numeric Distribution)Reading the Drop size of our products vs. competition (Weighted Distribution)Measuring off-take of our products Vs.
