We're Hiring: Production Manager (Garments)CTRL is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team in New Cairo.The ideal candidate will have strong experience across garment production, quality control, and supply chain management, with the ability to oversee the full production cycle from sourcing and sampling to final delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee garment production processes from development to bulk production• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth operations• Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery• Source and select fabrics, trims, and production materials• Lead quality control processes and ensure products meet brand standards• Identify and resolve production and manufacturing issues• Manage inventory planning and supply chain requirements• Follow up on sampling, approvals, and production execution• Optimize production efficiency, costs, and quality standardsRequirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment production• Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing processes• Experience in quality control and garment inspection• Knowledge of sourcing, materials, trims, and production planning• Strong network of garment factories and suppliers is a plus• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsLocation: First Settlement , New Cairo, Egypt
