The Production Engineer will Manage and oversee the assigned dry pet food production line.Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.Supervise Production Supervisors and monitor their daily performance.Train, coach, and evaluate Production Supervisors to improve efficiency and productivity.Participate in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new Production Supervisors when needed.Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations.Monitor production KPIs, minimize downtime, and identify opportunities for process improvement.Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, and health & safety regulations.Prepare production reports and communicate production performance to management.Handle operational issues during production and implement corrective actions when requiredQualifications1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering.2.1+ year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.3.Good understanding of production processes and quality standards.4.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.5.Good communication and teamwork skills.6.Ability to work under pressure and manage production teams.Work ConditionsLocation: 10th of Ramadan City.Working Schedule: 3 rotating shifts.Working Days: 6 days per week.BenefitsAttractive salary.Annual performance bonus.Accommodation or transportation allowance.Medical and Social Insurance.Annual salary increase.Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding company.
