Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.The work model for the role is: OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Grid Components in Egypt.You will be mainly accountable for:Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teamsQualifications for the role:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or Manufacturing/Production ManagementYou have 1-3 years of production supervision or team lead experience in manufacturing environmentYou have 2+ years of experience with electrical equipment manufacturing, switchgear, or similar industrial productsDemonstrated experience managing production lines with 20+ direct reportsPossess track record of meeting production targets and quality standards (ISO/IEC compliance)Possess understanding of Load Break Switches, Instrument Transformers, or related electrical distribution equipmentKnowledge of manufacturing processes: assembly, testing, quality controlFamiliarity with production planning systems (ERP/MES software)You are at ease communicating in EnglishWhat's in it for you?
