IKON industries for furniture Is hiringSenior Production EngineerResponsibilities:• Supervise and manage all production operations within the factory.• Execute daily and weekly production plans to meet targets.• Improve production efficiency and reduce waste.• Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal utilization.• Coordinate with other departments (Design, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance).• Ensure product quality throughout all production stages Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.• Prepare and analyze daily production reports.• Train and develop production staff to improve performance Enforce health & safety standards across the factory.• Monitor raw material availability to avoid production delays.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Art's or a related field.• Minimum 7 years of experience in wood manufacturing / furniture industry.• Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes (Cutting, CNC, Edge Banding, Assembly, Finishing).• Hands-on experience with CNC machines and related software.• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO) and Lean Manufacturing principles.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.• Experience in production planning and scheduling.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.• AutoCAD / SolidWorks (preferred).• Microsoft Excel (essential).• Good leadership and team management skills.• Strong communication and coordination abilities.• Work Location: On Kattamya.• Working Hours: 9 Hours including 1 hour Break • Days Off: 2 Days (Friday - Saturday)• Transportation: Provided
