This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to work on real-world projects that have a direct impact on our manufacturing performance. You will gain broad exposure across Production, Maintenance, and Process Improvement.As a Production Intern, You WillBoost Line Efficiency: Analyze production line performance (OEE), identify bottlenecks, and lead projects to improve output and streamline operations.Optimize Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement strategies that enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Drive Waste Reduction: Investigate sources of waste on the production floor and implement practical solutions to improve our sustainability and cost-effectiveness.Be a Key Project Leader: Take full ownership of a manufacturing improvement project—from initial analysis and solution design to implementation and tracking results.We Are Looking ForWe Are Looking For a Hands-on And Results-driven Individual Who Is Ready To Tackle Challenges In a Fast-paced Industrial Environment.
