Production Oversight & Monitor all active production lines on-site, ensuring the factory executes processes in strict accordance with the agreed-upon production plan and specifications defined at the project kickoff.Daily Reporting: Provide clear, structured daily updates to the Head Office covering production progress, output vs. target, quality findings, and any outstanding issues.Proactively identify and resolve choking points on the production line; escalate to Head Office or request specialist support when needed.Quality Auditing: Conduct hands-on quality audits at each stage of the production process, including visual inspection and functional verification of assembled electronics boards to ensure they meet our specifications.Hands-On Technical Support, Perform and demonstrate correct soldering (through-hole and SMD), rework, and repair procedures; train and coach factory workers to uphold our quality standards.Equipment Operation & Verification: Use and verify the proper use of tools including soldering irons, hot air rework stations, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters (DMM), and bench power supplies during audits and troubleshooting.Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and PCBs; read and interpret circuit diagrams and PCB layout files using relevant EDA/PCB software.Maintain, update, and revise production manuals and work instructions based on lessons learned, in-process issues, and repairs identified during live production runs.Serve as the primary communication bridge between the factory floor, our Head Office (R&D and Operations), facilitate smooth information flow and ensure all parties are aligned.Coordinate and support end-of-line batch inspections when clients visit the factory to review completed production runs; professionally represent the company during these visits.Process Compliance — Ensure factory workers follow approved procedures at all times; document any deviations and implement corrective actions in coordination with R&D.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience), from 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.Proven hands-on experience in electronics assembly and repair, including SMD and through-hole soldering, rework, and PCB-level troubleshooting.Proficiency with standard electronics test and rework equipment: soldering iron, hot air rework station, oscilloscope, digital multimeter (DMM), and bench power supply.Familiarity with PCB design/viewer software (e.g., Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similar) for reading schematics and PCB layouts.Must be able to build working relationships with factory floor personnel, management, R&D engineers, and external clients.Ability to manage people and situations on a busy factory floor with professionalism, patience, and authority.Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits — capable of writing and updating technical production manuals and work instructions.Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently on-site with limited direct supervision.Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) for electronics assembly quality.Prior experience maintaining or writing technical production documentation, SOPs, or work instructions.Please apply or send me you CV on: careers@pylonump.com
