Production Manager

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations.• Manage and monitor plastic injection molding machines and production lines.• Ensure production targets are achieved according to quality and safety standards.• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.• Coordinate with the maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.• Monitor machine performance and resolve production issues.• Prepare production reports and analyze production data.• Lead, train, and evaluate the production team. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and production processes.• Experience in managing production teams.• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Good knowledge of production planning and quality standards.
