Quality Manager

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards and regulations.• Supervise and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance teams.• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards.• Analyze quality performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.• Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and operational efficiency.• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.• Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to senior management.• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality procedures. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within Electrical Manufacturing or Electrical Industries.• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and quality tools.• Experience in managing quality teams and leading improvement projects.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.• Good command of English.
